We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and smart Digital Marketing Assistant to build and grow a brand across multiple platforms. The brand is about emerging technologies in the financial sector - an interest in finance/payment solutions/computer science is very welcome, but not explicitly required.
A major part of this employment will be specific research (read, analyze, compare, summarize) and collecting appealing content (information, texts, images, videos) to share across our social media channels with the community. Applicants with great knowledge in digitalization, marketing, and/or technology/innovation are highly appreciated. Very good written and spoken English is basically the only real requirement. Communication with superiors is in Serbian (and/or macedonian), otherwise fluent english is expected.
Responsibilities:
- design and implement creative and engaging strategies to build social media presence
- Research, analyze and oversee the creation of shareable content (including written text, images, and short video content)
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (IG, FB, Twitter, (TikTok))
- monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
- research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques of the sector/niche
- enhance brand awareness, impressions and interaction with posted content

Skills needed / requirements:
- fluent in English, able to read&understand complex texts (technology-related, college niveau)
- a solid understanding of the use of social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok,
- strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
- knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization
- creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- strong communication and people skills, understanding customers and engaging with audience
- organizational skills, capacity to prioritize tasks and work across multiple projects
- the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines, (time)management skills
- proven work experience as a Social media manager or extensive self-experience in digital marketing
- journalistic experience, multiple languages and experience in advertising is a plus
